If you want to delete your Viewlio account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Account Deletion

• Include your email address associated with your account.
• Request that your account and all personal data be permanently deleted from our system.
• For security reasons, we will need to verify your account ownership before processing the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Your profile information (username, name, social links)
• All videos and Spotlights you created
• Comments and feedback you provided
• Any accumulated points and rewards
• All other personal data associated with your account stored on our servers

What Data Will Be Retained?

• Anonymous analytics data for app improvement (not linked to your identity)
• Data required by law or for fraud prevention, only if applicable

Retention Period

We will process your deletion request promptly and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
