• Service refers to the Application.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• We use trusted third-party service providers to store and process your data as part of operating and maintaining the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and not use it for purposes other than providing their services to us.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

The data collected is strictly limited to information necessary for detecting suspicious activity, reviewing reported content, and investigating potential misuse of the Service. This may include user-generated content such as comments, usernames, and in-app currency values when unusual or potentially harmful activity (such as hacking attempts) is detected.

Importantly, the data transmitted is anonymized and does not include any personal information such as your real name, contact details, or other personally identifiable information. Instead, the system uses unique identifiers or tokens to track activity while preserving user privacy.

Access to this logged data is restricted solely to trusted moderators who review it for security and moderation purposes. The data is not shared beyond this scope and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy to ensure your privacy and the security of your information.

Please note that Guilded, as a third-party service provider used for logging, has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review Guilded’s Privacy Policy to understand how they manage data on their platform.

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

We use Supabase, a third-party cloud service provider, to host and manage our databases and backend infrastructure. Supabase is responsible for securely storing and processing your personal data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

Business Transactions

Repeated viewing of videos via our Service is governed by YouTube’s systems for detecting legitimate views and misuse. We are not responsible for any enforcement actions YouTube may take against channels, videos, or users.

Virtual Currency

• Our Service uses virtual currencies such as Silver Bars, Golden Bars, and Diamonds. These virtual currencies have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency outside the Service.
• Virtual currencies are intended for in-app use only and do not represent any ownership, equity, or other rights in the Company or any real-world value.
